Meet the Team
Marc started his career in the Armed Forces, after being successfully selected to join The Parachute Regiment. For over 25 years, he served around the world, leading high performing teams in some of the most dynamic and hostile environments imaginable.
During his time with the regiment, he received many awards. Including a Mention in Despatches for his exceptional leadership and gallantry in Afghanistan, and a General Officer Commanding’s Commendation for his quick and decisive actions during a training incident which saved the life of a trainee.
Marc spent many years at The Parachute Regiment Training School, initially as an instructor, but later being responsible for developing senior instructors, as well as overseeing the 30-week training syllabus.
Since leaving the military, he has used his knowledge and skills to deliver engaging training workshops with Eurisko Performance.
Marc is a graduate of Wessex Business School and hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Strategic Learning and Development. He also has qualifications and experience in PRINCE2, Change Management and Lean Six Sigma methodology. Marc holds multiple coaching qualifications.
